New Year Challenge

It’s already the month of May and one more month we’re in the middle of the year. When the year started, I wanted to workout and become fit. However, when I look at myself in the mirror I saw the opposite. That means, my body gained weight and my tummy now looks like I swallowed a watermelon.

One-Punch Man.

Just like any other year, I just shrugged it off and dismiss the thought of becoming fit. Not until I saw One Punch Man anime. One Punch Man anime is one of my all-time favorite and Saitama is my number 1 anime hero. Who would not like that guy?

In Anime, there was this scene that struck me the most and gives me an idea of how to become fit again. The scene was when Saitama finally reveals his secret to superhuman strength.

I decided to challenge myself to follow the intense routine of my number 1 hero. 100 push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, 100 Squats, and 10km Run EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY!
